Within the last year I purchased a used 2000 Jeep Wranger 4.0L v6 manual Red completely stock. Got a pretty good deal on it even with 240,000KM on it (That's 150,000miles for you Americans).
Since then I have upgraded the clutch, rebuilt the transmission, new alternator/battery, all new bushings and u-joints, Dick Cepek Tires 33X12.50R16, put in new K&N Air and Oil filters and generally cleaned it up and tuned it.
Now it drives great and works well on trails, but now I am ready to take it to the next level. New suspension, controller arms, belly-up skid plate, and some external accessories. Plus I plan on overhauling the interior when I get it running exactly how I want on the trails.
If anyone has any wisdom for me I am all ears. I am still new to this world put very excited and enthusiastic about getting my project all built up.
