Exclamation not firing

well, first off, im a newbie. howdy yall! anyways, about 2 months ago, while going about 55-65 mph, the jeep would stutter, as if it was dying, for a couple of seconds, then it would go back to normal, and a burnt type smell would come immediately after. at first, every once in a while it would stutter. fast forward to last month. it got to where i couldnt get out of first gear before it would start to choke out. i took it to midas and paid 720 for a new fuel pump. runs fine for a day, then boom, same prob. so, i decided to change out the injectors, plugs and wires. did plugs and wires first, drove it around the block. same problem. so i did the injectors. did everything by the book, manual and all. got everything put back on, turned the key 10 times to prime pump like i read, and that leads me to my problem. its cranking, but wont fire. started to sputter(barely) but now, just cranks. what do i do? ANY response will be more than welcome as im at a complete standstill. thank you
