Possible Future Wrangler Owner

Hello All,

I have always liked Wranglers, thought they were always cool and wanted a 4dr ever since I layed eyes on one. I have never been mudding, rock crawling, or any type of off roading, but I wouldn't mind getting out there and having some fun.

I was deciding between the 4dr Unlimited, and the FJ Cruiser...and the fact that you can't even get a sunroof on the FJ and that it was a Toyota just pushed me back to the Wrangler. This is mostly going to be a street vehicle, a daily, a dog hauler, and just overall fun machine.

I have heard some ppl complain about the new Wranglers versus the older ones. But also hear they are easy vehicles to work on. Just trying to get a little advice on these vehicles before I start looking for one. What to look for, what to stay away from...typical problems...Do they really leak as bad as they say...etc..etc.. Thanks Everyone

Welcome to the Forum

New versus old is an age old battle. CJ's didn't much care for the YJ's which didn't like the TJ's and so on.

Check out the JK section of the forum and you will get a better understanding of what to look for.
