Question: Can't remove my doors, advice?

New to this forum and have a question. Having trouble removing the driver's and passenger doors to my 04 Jeep Wrangler. Looks as if the previous owner left the nuts off of the "pin" that pivots in the hinge and let them rust up. Doors will not lift out of the hinge no matter what I do. Have tried cans of WD-40, sandpaper and hammering on pin with a mallet. Been careful so far- don't want to screw the threads or bend anything, but can't get the f-ing things off. Anyone have any secrects or tricks to free these things up?
Thanks

ill tell you what I did, its a tad bit risky, but it worked perfectly for me. I put my jack underneath the door while its open, and ran a piece of 2by4 alone the bottom of the door and lifted the dang thing off. Worked like a charm, just make sure to do it slowly.

I had the same problem. Sprayed some liquid wrench/ wd40 I don't remember which, but both have been used. Open and closed the door, sprayed some more and they eventually started moving.

Spray some penetrator and let it soak in. Then work the door back and forth while gently lifting up. It'll pop right out.

I know on my doors, either the soft or hard doors, I have to open them all the way open to lift them off. You know, like a 90 degree angle.
