Re-assembling the steering wheel, etc. . .

Someone removed the steering “control box” to replace the ignition switch on a friend's 1989 YJ Jeep Wrangler. After taking it apart, the fellow disappeared. It appears that most of the screws and things are available. What trouble might I run into if I try to finish installing the new ignition switch? Are there diagrams available to show how the turn signal parts, the W/W lever, and ignition switch need to be assembled? Please advise. Thank you.
