Reliability? Electrical? Chrysler? Dealers?

Am interested in road trips across US southwest visiting every desert we have. Never had a Jeep, although have done this on Harley for past 17 years. Looked up "Jeep Problems" on search sites and was deluged with Jeep electrical problems, Chrysler doesn't care, and Jeep dealers are inept. What do you folks think?

Thumbs up Thank you

Thank you all. All good points. I believe I landed on a site that dealt with postal carriers needing conversion services, and apparently, service was falling short of expectations from Jeep/Chrysler. Am now Rubicon shopping. Wish me luck.
