Smile TJ from Bama - Couple questions

Hey guys! Im TJ and a proud owner of a 98 TJ 4.0 came with a new smittybilt top, went ahead and yanked the carpet up too, other than that kept pretty stock think the guy put a little body lift, or RC lift... but cant wait to put my flare into it!

But I'm new to the 4wd and jeep club so i had a couple questions....
Suspension and Lift- I want to run welds or fuels 17" with 33"... not going to a rock crawler, but it will see its share of trails.. whats a pretty good setup done right in suspension and any drivetrain mods. (It is my daily driver too, so will see the highway and dont want death wobble)

4WD - upon buying, the guy handed me the drive shaft to the 4wd.. got a deal, but also a headache on fixing, any heads up... Also how can I tell if mine is Universal or CV??

Seat covers- done a fair share of research on this forum on this subject and still come up undetermined, saw bestop's seats, wet okole, and trek armor were some options.. I think Bama is too hot for neoprene and will def cause Swamp A

Blue Torch Fab - Live here in a Birmingham and know of Blue Torch Fab ran outta here, saw some of their bumpers wanted to see if anyone had any opinions!

Any other tips!

Also do powdercoating and graphics in Central Birmingham area!
