Towing Capacity

Hello everyone, we have a 2008 Unlimited Sahara with the towing package. It says it is rated to two up to 3500lbs. We have a 17.5 ft bayliner boat that weighs 2400 lbs including the trailer. That is dry weight, but with all gas and equipment I believe we are still under 3500lbs, so things should be fine. I am just curious if any of you tow a boat with your Unlimited (staying under the max capacity), and how it goes. We currently have a Durango that we use to tow, but I am thinking of trading that in (2 gas hogs for vehicles are going so well right now, and my wife LOVES the jeep!). Thanks for any input.
