Thumbs up Tranny Swap 99 Wrangler

Hey guys here's the situation I've got, and help would be greatly appreciated.

My project started out as a 99 TJ 4.0 automatic to be driven daily/ wheeled. The tranny was weak from day one and I had a PO743 TCC code. I already had everything needed to do a 5 speed manual tranny swap which went rather smooth and it runs and drives perfect now with no issues. With that being said even after clearing the code 3 times I am still getting the PO743 Torque Converter Circuit Electrical code. The torque converter obv doesn't exist in my jeep anymore since the recent swap. Did I miss something when I plugged my harness back into the tranny and transfer, faulty fuse or relay, something I have to change to let the ECM know of the swap?

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure your gonna have to get an ecm that's not programmed for the auto. But post this in the tj technical section and Jerry B. will answer it for you. I have read about this before
