Trektop NX Softop HELP!!

I'm a new guy in the forum. Just bought a Trektop NX for my 2 door 2012 Wrangler Sport. I have a Hard/Freedom Top and am sick of taking off the 150lb back to have the whole top open. I wanted an inexpensive option just for summers and bought the Trektop NX. It is still being shipped to me, so I do not have it yet. But I feel I got a bit of false advertising because after doing more research it looks like I cannot take the whole top off easily (or fold the whole thing down) on the trail????? Is this true?
It looks like only the sunrider section flips up and I can take the windows off for a Safari look. I'm reading other threads where people are saying the Trektop NX was not made to be taken all the way off completely? Why would you make a softtop that can't be easily taken off all the way on the trail?

If I do take it all the way off, can I easily store the cloth/windows/components behind the seat of in the tailgate storage section??
I'm feeling like I should just send it back right away. Your thoughts are much appreciated.
