Question turn signals

How do you remove the turn signal assembly from a 95 Wrangler? Does this assembly also have the delay unit in it?
My wipers do not shut off in the flat down position. They stay at a 45 degree angle. How hard is it to do this repair?

I think they are supposed to. That's where my wipers have always rested at in the stopped position. I believe that is normal for all YJs. I don't recall if there is a delay or not. I'll walk out to the shop and see if she does.

To all who serve, Thank You.

Yep. My 94 Sahara has a wiper delay.

Sorry. I don't know how to remove it. I'm certain someone will though.

My 92 is the same. It's not broken, it's just.... Jeep.

At least the wipers resting in that position help to secure a cockpit cover or trail cover. They were probably engineered for just such an application...

My 94 wipers sit up on the window as well (45 degrees or so) and there is a wiper delay unit.
