White Rubicon with stained fenders

Hi Everyone,

Nice to meet you all!

I joined because I was hoping some of you might have some insight on what to clean fenders with. We just bought a White Jeep Rubicon with a white hard top and white fenders almost a week ago. We took it to the carwash and they dressed the tires and when we drove off and the dressing got on the doors and the fenders. The doors were okay but the fenders instantly stained in minutes and we can not get the stain out. Does anyone have any idea what can be used for the plastic white painted fenders. Jeep doesn't cover it under their warranty. I would hate to have to have the carwash pay for it if it is something easily treatable.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank You

Dawn

Welcome to the Forum

There are several options for removing stains. Some things I might try are magic eraser, goo gone, clay bar ... Just remember to always test cleaning methods in a small inconspicuous place before taking on the major problems. I use the magic eraser for overspray and bug removal and have never had a problem with it scratching the finish.
