Wrangler Noob in Louisiana

Hello all,

My husband and I are not new to Jeeps as this is our 3rd. But we are new to the Wrangler Sport. Once again I am in love!

I have been searching the forums for pics of crazy things people do to make the Jeep a bit more evil looking. I think my first step is to get some nice black rims or have ours powder coated. Any suggestions or directions to a few pics? My friend thinks I'm crazy since I'm in my 40s and acting like I'm in my 20's. All I can say is, Hmmm... maybe it is a jeep thing.

Thx guys.

Black "Steelies" as everyone calls them are actually pretty cheap. I got mine for like $36.50 a piece if i remember correctly. Cheap enough that if I bang them up I wont cry about it either. Let me see if I can find you a link to some.......(now searching internet)......... ok found one for ya!!

Thank you for the links, suggestions and welcomes.
I have a silly question, (lowering my head like a puppy who knows he has done something wrong) I see a lot of initials in posts like YJ, CJ, and others. Can you tell me what these stand for?

I got my steelies from summit.com for $43 a piece. Cheapest I could find. They also arrived 3 days later! Welcome to the forum!

CJ, YJ, TJ, JK, all of these are simply body style codes. They do not necessarily stand for anything with the exception of CJ, originally short for "civilian Jeep". Of course some over the years have found ways to make them stand for things. "Yuppie" Jeep (YJ) "Tough" Jeep (TJ) etc... but truthfully they are just a way to identify what era your Jeep was manufactured in.
