Took deliver of my first Wrangler ('12 JKU) two days ago.
I started my search a few months ago, researching as much as I could, trying to figure out exactly how I wanted it built. Fell in love with this color code and knew that was what I was going to base the whole build around. Other than finding one in Gecko, I only wanted a 6-speed and 3.73s. A tow package was desirable, but it wasn't a make it or break it option.
There was nothing at my local dealership(s), but there were a couple of Jeeps within 200miles that met my criteria and I was going to have a dealer ship one of those in for me. Ultimately, the dealer I chose decided to drag their feet on the deal. Instead, I contacted a dealership further away that had one meeting all my criteria (stripped down, manual, 3.73s, AND the tow package), worked out a deal with them, and took delivery the same day.
I couldn't be happier.

Growing up, my Pops had a 66 Bronco, and we had a blast in that little 4X4. I'm hoping my kids have as much fun in the Wrangler.
