Jeep clubs

Good afternoon everyone,
I'm new to oahu (military) and jeeps (fng's), I was wondering if there are any local clubs here in oahu?

Not many. But I would start out on oahu jeeps on Facebook. How long you been here?

A solid 4 months and enjoying the life but work really sucks. I finally got out to kanea point this past weekend. Family didn't like the ride to much and neither did my back. How long have you been here and are you military? Just wondering that's all.

We probably drove by each other then. Lol. I'm stationed at KBay and a jarhead. Lol. But I live here in pearl city. How often do you go out off roading? Is peacock flats easier that Kpoint or more challenging?

Peacock is more climbing IMO. And it is rough. Only been up there once and was riding along. Total of 2 shattered Ujoints, 3 busted tires, and numerous bent fenders, and almost one jeep off about a 400ft drop lol. Do you do your own work on your rig? Post a pic up on here.

Just got here in the beginning of December and just bought my jeep about 10 days ago. I too was looking for some local groups. I'm Army stationed at Schofield.

Start out on oahu jeeps on Facebook. There's also Oahu Heavy Hitters which are more of a club then oahu jeeps.

Which one OJ? Yea it's more of a meet up place to go off-road with a group. even tho most of the time OHH guys are ones posting on there. Oh by the way would either one of y'all be interested in a 50 led light bar group buy? We're in the process of getting it together now. I'll go grab a couple pics.

Depending on the price, I'd be up for it.

That's my "squirt", it's all stock 2010 sahara. Plans are to make it expedition style verses rock climbing.

Very nice rig, I'm a fan of the old styles but I can't give up the comfort items. Lol.

It definitely takes some getting used to. I just got her about 10 days ago. My wife hates riding in it. LOL!

My wife and kids love it, my wife was almost to the point of getting rid of her flex to get a 4door and making it a mall crawler.

When we originally started putting group buy together it was a goal of 5ppl at a cost of 375 per light. We have since went to 10 and not sure of what the price will be on those as of yet. Just sent mike a message asking so maybe I'll know soon. For mounts rough country quotes me 84.99 per light and 80 bucks shipping for 10 mounts. The mount is usually 99.99 alone. If your on oahu jeeps you have prob seen the post about it but a guy who got his mount paid like 125 total for mount and shipping

Here is mikes site.

For 10 it would be 350 per light. And last check we were at 10. But we can do more. Just next discount is at 20 ppl
