public wash rack/car wash location

Wassup everyone, I am knew to the 4 wheeling scene, and I went to kaena the other week and ran into a problem I didn't anticipate......an available public car wash/pressure washer that can catch under my jeep....I have a soft top yj with no Windows, so for now I am screwed trying to use the drive thru car wash, anyone have any suggestions?? Would really appreciate it, Mahalo.

Put a sprinkler under your jeep and run it for a bit. Should get most of it off,

Yeah I tried something like that, last week, but my dilema is not so much how to clean it but where, I live in a association, and don't want my neighbors complaining of all the mud and water usage....yup, living in an association sucks

Nah I wish, I couldn't wrench if my life depended on it, lol, I really wish I could, mostly I ask soldiers within my unit to help me out,; install pipes, and modify and reinforce my rear bumper, when I bought the jeep the bolts from the bumper were ripped thru the frame so it was just hanging , so he fixed that, can't complain most of the time he just wants me to help and do golpher work, and it's when he has time available, but yeah,I really wish I could, so I wouldn't have to depend on someone else...I bought the jeep with the intent of using it for fishing/camping on beach, haven't done that once, just wheeling at kaena pt, lol!!

I don't. But I did change mine out last month. I have a goto guy who has everything you would ever need and knows almost everything too. Trying to get the pitman arm off?

Yup, one of my buddies stopped by yesterday and help me get it off, also needed it too get the bolts out from the frame, they were frozen. Like I mentioned earlier I'm a newbie at DIY, and I ended up stripping the bolt from the pressure hose that connects to the great box, picking up the replacement pressure hose tomorrow , hopefully I don't damage anything else in the process..one thing I did learn, having the right tools makes life a whole lot easier...next task checking to see if I placed on properly and bleed fluid, stay tuned...you tube video 30 minutes..my reality 2, days and counting, lol!!!

Hahaha. Same here. 20 min YouTube how good turn in too 3 days for me. I had a different problem with hose and no one on island had them. But know a dude on Windward side who rebuilds jeeps and he squared me away with one. Let's just say rubber hosing is not a good replacment for high pressure hoses
