Beef up your ride with Rugged Ridge steering components. This is a bolt-on solution for preventing bent tie rods from wheeling with larger tires. The tubes are 1-1/4 inch ID steel that is cold rolled, pierced, and drawn through dies to produce a 1/4 in. wall thickness. This is true DOM tubing with NO seams OR welds to fail. Heavy duty 7/8 inch rod ends feature standard tapered ends to fit stock knuckle applications. You get one ton strength without any modifications to your steering knuckles. Will not work with Right Hand Drive vehicles. Will not work with Factory Rubicon Wheels. FOR XJ W/UNDER 4" OF LIFT
Whats the chance on getting a close up pic of the passenger side tie rod end?
I am working on this. We have a kit to put on our TJ but the shop has been completely full lately.

These change the way the drag comes into the tie rod. It is a much better design. Where the tie rods get tricky is the lower passenger one is unique. The other 3 are 7/8" and still have the factory taper of a TJ on the other end. Gives you heavy tubes and TRE's with out having to change or modify the knuckle. I do not know if the TRE are something that can be purchased locally. We sell minimal replacements for the TRE and have only warrantied a handful of those, we believe the new design will reduce both of these numbers.

PM Coming your way. I assume the G2 axle uses stock TJ Steering?
Thank you, for the future, is the older unimproved version of this tie rod still available? I "flipped" mine and need the drag link hole at a 90* from the joint. Im not sure the new design can work with the lesser angle for flipped application. If the older version is still available, I dont have to worry about this.
