3" Zone suspension lift?

Jeep/wrench newbie planning to do the work myself. Looking to upgrade the suspension and lift my 2001 TJ 60th anniversary edition. So far a DD but would like to take it offroad. I am interested in the 3" Zone kit, but don't know if the 3 or 4.25 combo is the best choice. Can you send me a quote for both, but also need to know what else needs to be done in addition to the kits? Adj trackbar, steering stabilizer, etc.? I also don't know which shocks to get nitro or hydro? Currently have 30's but would like to run up to 33s. Thanks.

what is the difference in the nitro and hydro shocks?
Lookin at the zone 4" kit for an LJ. would I still need the tcase drop on the LJ and are the springs a heavier rate for the LJ?

I went with the Zone 4.25 kit I opted for the Nitro Shocks, I am very happy with it. Rides great on or off road.
