Apex Pinnacle Series Front Bumper from Full Metal Fabworks

Apex Pinnacle Series Front Bumper
Styling and Design:
-For the Apex Pinnacle Series bumpers we took styling cues from our original Apex bumper line and added several features that were most commonly requested. Just like our original Apex bumper, the Pinnacle Series was engineered using CAD software, is laser cut from 3/16th plate steel, and is precision CNC brake formed. The most notable change is the sunken winch plate, which is pre-drilled to accept most winches with the standard 10”x4.5” mounting pattern. Countersinking the winch into the bumper helps to promote airflow to the grille and radiator to aid in cooling the Jeeps vital drivetrain components.

Standard Recovery Shackle Mounts and Factory Fog Light Retention
- With recovery shackles being such a popular addition to the original Apex front bumper, we decided to make them standard equipment on the Apex Pinnacle series. Recovery shackle mounts are a beefy 1" thick and angled upward to act as a slide when approaching an obstacle.
- Integrated fog light holes and light mount buckets retain factory fog lights, or provide a place to mount your choice of aftermarket lighting.

No Logo Cut-Out and Stinger Options
- One feature from our original bumper line that we didn’t change was the implementation of the logo. Instead of a traditional laser cut out logo that can act as a trap for dirt and debris, we have 3 piece badges that are water jet cut and then TIG welded together .
- With the double bend stinger being the most popular option on our original bumpers we brought it back for the Pinnacle series along with plate gussets this time. The stingers are CNC laser notched and are constructed of 1.75x.120 seamless DOM tubing.

Pricing and options:
- Bare, no stinger option: $515
- Bare, 2 bend stinger: $615
- add $125 for powder coating, satin black
- add $110 for bare Pinnacle Skid
- add $160 for Powder Coated Pinnacle Skid

To order, or for shipping quotes, call 909-792-9777 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST or send us a pm with a complete shipping address.

Note: powder coating charges INCLUDE additional packaging materials and time necessary for shipping a large powder coated part. Adding a powder coating option typically will increase lead time by 4-5 days.

The bumper weighs right at 56 lbs bare/no stinger and 61 lbs bare/ with stinger and plate gussets.

TJNate,
Right now we just have these for the JKs. We do plan to work backwards on year models though so the TJ will be next.

Sooner than later would be awesome. Especially if you leave the lights in.

For some reason no one that I recall makes a bumper like this with integrated lights for the tj. I need one.

Thanks, wish we would have had it out a little sooner. Have these in stock right now, and should have pics up of the mid-width version within the next week.

Made a few changes to our Apex Pinnacle Series Stubby front bumpers, should have the updated version up on the website and on here in a couple days. But we need to clear out the remaining inventory of the current model and make room on the front off the shop rig for version 2, so we are doing a sale on the current model: $550 and FREE SHIPPING while they last. Also are selling the one off the shop rig for the same price (already powder coated). Give us a call at 909-792-9777 if you're interested

skid plate still the same price ? Also, what changes did you make to the bumper ? Interested in the first version depending on the changes made and what the new one looks like. Thanks

Skid plate is still the same price and works with the newer design as well. The changes made to the first bumper are:
- Bigger winch mounting, particularly for the popular Zeon series
- Changed the angles on the side plates to give it a littler more aggressive look and better tire clearance
- Changed the outer shell of the bumper to a little bit lighter material (10 ga) and left the frame mounting and winch mounting all the thicker 7ga and then added a couple internal gussets, net result was of about 10 lbs lighter

and this is what it looks like now, we're really happy with it from a looks and functionality standpoint so there will not be any changes in the future. Should be up on our website in the next couple of days but is available for sale now.

some of the ones we know/ have customers running or have test fit are:
- the Bulldog 10,000, part #1005 for cable, and 10017 for synthetic line- this is what we have been running on our shop rig for the last couple years and we are also a dealer for them and have a great deal on the bumper/winch combo (attached is a picture of the OLD style bumper with that particular winch)
- the superwinch tigershark 9500
-and the Engo EPF10000 and 10000s, we have test fit. I believe their 9000 and 12000 use the same body and should fit as well
- Warn VR1,0000

Basically what your are looking for on the OLDER style is a winch that is no wider than 22.5625" wide and from the centerline of the mounting bolt to the furthest point out on the widest side can't measure more than 6.625, so no crazy offset winches like the warn 9.5tis. Attached below is the mounting plate for the older style with measurements to show what we are talking about. After the changes the newer style can accommodate winches up to 24.25" wide.

Old style with the Bulldog 10017 10,000 winch we sell
