Custom Parts - NalinMFG

- Do you need a special part for your project that no one makes?
- Has your Jeep has been modified in a way that off the shelf parts wont fit?
- Is your order too small for your local shops to deal with?

Check out the NEW "Custom Services" page at NalinMFG.com
Custom Services

Have some type of drawing/dimensions prepared to send if you are expecting a quote.

I will be graduating college in December 2012, and would like to see if NalinMFG will be enough to provide for us(my better half is an RN)...because unfortunately 5.25" speaker adapters alone do not pay the mortgage!

Interested in something like this, with front to rear (wheel well to wheel well) coverage all the way to the frame, for a YJ shipped to 95401 (Nor Cal).

I can make them for a YJ, but it will be cheaper to buy a pre-existing/mass produced item from another WF vendor(unless you would like them customized). I know that BTF has exactly what you are looking for on their shelf for $219.99.

the closest I have seen to underbody protection was from barnes:

YJ Rocker Guards

But they dont go all the way to the frame, just to the body mounts, to be perfect (IMO), i would want to use the skid plate mounting, with extra mount points using the bottom of the frame as the edge of the rocker guard ( I could even weld it to the frame), almost liek a boatside, without cutting the body, and extending to the frame.

Modded pic of someone "Else's" guards:

Yellow tabs are bent up to facilitate easily sliding off the rocks onto the wheels.
Tab at the bottom, runs along frame rails from spring mount to spring mount integrating/facilitating skid plate mounting (factory of otherwise).

Ill work on some sort of Photochop over the next few days.
Well that's a different story then! If you can dimensionalize what you are looking for I can make it happen. I looked up some YJ rocker dimensions if these are of any use to your idea:

Check my post above, I edited it with a guesstimate of a crude photochop of my idea.

After I posted it I saw there was replies, so....

Oh, the funny looking hole is for body mount bolt access, and I would NOT want any steps on it.

You understand that going to the frame means that the tub becomes hard mounted to the the frame? ie, no need for body mounts because they will be serving no purpose.
