EAD Offroad Giveaway - Spyderco Byrd ByrdRench

This one is easy, post 2 links to products on our website that you would purchase if they cost less and say why.

Winner will be a random post picked from this thread on 6/25/11. This multi-tool/knife is for a Wrangler Forum member, you may see the same giveaway on other forums but this one is going to a Wrangler Forum member.

Description:

As multitools go the byrdRench doesn’t resemble any other pocket tool on the market. Unlike standard multitool fare it has a full-sized knife blade that opens/closes one handed and locks open like a real pocketknife. It also comes with a pocket clip and nylon sheath so if you’re a hang-it-on-a-belt-loop person or a clip-in-my-pocket-person, you’re covered.

Posts without 2 links and a reason will be disqualified. I'll post 3 examples so you know how this works.

GOBI Jeep TJ Roof Rack - Wow $1500 bones for a roof rack? I like how that disconnect works though.

Synergy Suspension Jeep JK Stage 4 Long Arm System 3"-7" Lift - Maybe if it were cheaper, looks nice and I want one but ouch!

Currie Enterprises Jeep JK RockJock® III Dana 60 1 ton front end - Thinking I need to win the loto on these regardless of the cost

Poison Spyder TJ/LJ BFH - I am in love with this bumper, and it has everything I need as far as size strength mounting points for a winch and more, but 250+100 for the bar, 75 for black powder coat, and 50 for Drings I just cant do.

Bestop Replace-A-Top for Jeep Wrangler TJ, 97-02 - My soft top is ripping and falling apart, but I have other mods I would rather spend my money on and just get a bit wet

subscribing to the thread. I tried to open the link to your store, but it won't open for me. Maybe it's something to do with my work, either way, I'll check it out tonight and post 2 links.

Rancho RS9000 Series Jeep TJ/LJ Front Shocks I'd get these but dang I suppose my butt's not worth that much....

and then of course I'd need these too....Rancho RS9000 Series Jeep TJ/LJ Rear Shocks But alas, same story.... My butt will just have to suffer at that price.

Generators This looks promising, but $950!? How does it compare to others from like Home Depot? I need something like this for when I go camping or when the next Hurricane comes around.

Spyderco Byrd ByrdRench This would also be very useful as I use knives all the time for different occasions, especially camping/ hiking. I know this is the featured item, but when I have purchased other knives they are usually lower in comparison. For example, I usually purchase Benchmade knives and they are less expensive and are great quality. Does this compare?

Rugged Ridge Jeep JK XHD Front Bumper Base w/ Winch Mount Well This is actually a really sweet price...however it would be nice if it was cheaper because lets face it who can just by the bumper alone? You need the storage ends, the hoop, lights, and a big a$$ Warn Winch to complete the package...so 2k+?

Rugged Ridge Jeep JK 17x9 12mm Offset Aluminum Wheels - A nice set of Rims and a mean pair of tires...my buddy just bought a nice set for his truck...but he only needed 4...unfortunatly with the jeep you need 5! That damn spare on the back adds the cost of yet another tire and rim package. So it would be nice if they sold a set of 4 and get one free I know some ppl run without the spare on the back but I think it takes away from the Jeep look...

So that does it...the XHD bumper because it would be very tough to just by the base with all the custom options...and the rims because you need to show off 5 instead of tucking the ugly spare up under the vehicle.

GOBI Jeep TJ Roof Rack

I'd love to get a Roof Rack for the Jeep, but for over a grand, it's not worth it to me. I'd buy a simple hard top rack from a Junk yard and mount it on the hard top before spending that much. They look great by the way.

GOBI Jeep TJ/LJ Shovel/Axe Attachment

I don't really need a shovel/axe holder, but it'd be nice to have for the beaches, but for that price, I can get by with rachet straps. Looks like a nice product, but it's overpriced.

I would get some of these if they were cheaper. I tried to win free ones from poison spider last year but didn't and have really had my eye on them. Nice and thick and also act like a step! Plus they look dang good and put the stock rubicon ones to shame hahah

http://www.eadoffroad.com/jeep/jeep-...ngler-tj-92-06

I've been looking at these bags for quite some time. My jeep is always windowless so i would use this sort of thing alot for storage to keep the back organised. I actually tried to make one myself it didn't turn out half bad but those bags would be alot better. But because I'm cheap I probably won't buy them. Just a bit cheaper and I would really consider it!

Poison Spyder TJ /LJ RockBrawler

I love the Poison Spyder brawler bumpers but at almost 500 dollars w/o D-Rings that's pushing my budget. And that's in bare still! Then I have to go get it painted or powder coated... Too much time and money right now!

Poison Spyder TJ Ricochet Rockers™

Maybe I love the look of that little spyder logo, plus it'd look sweet with orange under it but! once again I have to go get these painted or powder coated. That's extra time and money I have to spend elsewhere. There's not even an option for them to do it! If the price was lower than I could justify maybe going out to get them powder coated... Or buying any Poison Spyder stuff at all right now lol... Then there are rubber liners for these things you can (or have to?) buy. That's 50 more dollars!

Synergy Suspension Jeep JK Front Grab Handles
My wife and I recently found out we are pregnant with our first child and here in a few months, these would really come in handy for helping her get in the Jeep. Them costing less would just be nice bonus for when I purchase them.

Dominion OffRoad Jeep JK CMF OnBoard Air System
I would love the ease of getting everything for an on-board air system in a single kit, but I can build my own set up for somewhat less.

Rugged Ridge Jeep JK 17x9 12mm Offset Aluminum Wheels
Really like to have a set of wheel like this but since you need 5 the total is nearly $1000 and is out of my budget at the moment

Dominion OffRoad Jeep JK CMF OnBoard Air System
Really like this setup and having a complete kit without having to figure out what I should have bought. A little expensive at $599.00 though.

GOBI Jeep TJ Roof Rack - Would be great to have a roof rack for the extra cargo space on long trips and the ability to carry a full size ladder instead of cramming a folding ladder into the back but if i had $1,500+ id probably use it on a lift and tires instead

Rugged Ridge Jeep TJ/LJ/YJ/CJ XHD Front Bumper Base w/ Winch Mount - I love the look of this bumper and the ability to mount a winch directly too it and $375 isnt that bad but $159 for the ends and another $50 for a hoop makes it a bit too much for me

I would if I could

Bestop Jeep Wrangler JK 2DR Trektop - I would definitely purchase this if it was cheaper because some jerk cut through the roof of mine and the hard top is too hard to get off.

Rugged Ridge Jeep JK Front Neoprene Seat Covers w/ ABS Flap - I would get these if they weren't so expensive to cover the seats from messes from the kiddos.

Currie Enterprises Jeep YJ Rock Crawler II Rear Bumper w/ Tire Carrier

Would love to have this rear tire carrier, but that is way out of my price range.

Poison Spyder YJ Lazer-Fit

Really love the look of these cages, but the price is a third of what I paid for my whole jeep.

Poison Spyder TJ Crusher Corners

I would get these if the aluminum ones were cheaper, I do like how they are full corners rather than just trail corners.

Poison Spyder TJ /LJ RockBrawler

I would buy this if it were cheaper, but I guess I will live with my stock stubby bumper.

Synergy Suspension JK rear bumper. Looks like a great bumper/tire carrier, but $1200 is a lot of gas to go wheelin. However, I would really like a more robust bumper/tire carrier.

Bestop JK 4 Door Trektop. I will need a soft top for my Jeep. This one looks great, but won't be in the budget for awhile unless the price comes down.

Currie Enterprises Jeep YJ/TJ/LJ Rock Crawler II Rear Bumper I like this bumper, nice and simple...but I don't have that kind of money, and I could probably make a similar one for a whole lot less, but if it was cheaper...

Smittybilt G.E.A.R. Overhead Console for Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ This would be really nice to have, but $170??? ouch...

Rigid Industries Dually LED Light I love the look of these but $200+ for a set when I can buy a pair of KCs for half, well they're just too rich for my blood.

Warn Powerplant Dual Force HP I love the idea of OBA/winch combo and while your price isn't any higher than anyone else I just think the "convenience" charge is just too much.

Congratulations Lunaras, that's awesome!

This is the first I'd seen of this thread and while surfing their clearance section I found something in there that I think I have to get:
