Or better, just order one when you call to order the winch. I have them cheap.

Easy is an understatement, its color coded and very easy instructions.

Call Chris and he will take care of working you up the best price he can. His number is in the first post.

Are there any known problems with mounting this winch to a hitch mount?

Chris, is this deal still on? If so, I'll be calling you at the end of the week for an E9000 w/ steel cable.

To answer my own question, the deal is still on. I just got off the phone with Chris and placed my order. Thanks a lot Chris! I'll post some pics once it's all installed.

Pricing is the original post is still good and those are the delivered to your door prices anywhere in the lower 48 states. Winch plate is only $50 as long as I can piggyback it on the same order shipment. That is either for the YJ/TJ specific one or the universal mount.

Next shipment of these is expected in sometime next week.

Hey Chris, I have a flat topped Warn Angled Approach front bumper. It mounts through the factory frame mounting holes. If I were to get the TJ plate, will it mount fairly easily? If so, I'm in for a Engo 9000 and Tj winch plate!

Is there an option to order just the synthetic line if we already ordered one of your winches in the past? I am interested in one for the 10000lb winch.
thanks

There are various brands of synthetic line we carry. The one I recommend the most is the line from Viking. Other options are Master-Pull, Smittybilt, Rugged Ridge, etc. If you're moving to synthetic from steel cable, then it's a good idea to grab a hawse fairlead when you order.

I have the same bumper, what winch plate did you use, and how hard was it to install the winch to it?

I used the flat winch plate, $50 from Chris when I ordered the winch. It was a lot easier than I was expecting. Only issue was I had to drill out the fairlead mount holes a little bit, they were a little too small for the bolts. Other than that, I had no problems at all. If you're considering getting one, DO IT!!!

just a tip: mount the winch to the winch plate before installing it on the Jeep.

This has been true on a couple of plates I've seen. The holes are the right size, but the powdercoating is a bit thick on some, so taking a bit of material out takes care of that in no time.

Looks good. Is that a CRES in the back or did you install some other netting?

Will have a new announcement coming on these soon.

I also have the same bumper and plate. I did have similar "issues" but like mentioned, a lil drilling, a little grinding for a great price....Ill take it.

Yeah, the time it took to drill/dremel out the holes was minimal. And if it's because of extra thick powder coating, that's a good thing!

And yes Chris, it's the Smittybilt CRES in the back. I love it!

Those are pretty awesome. I'm surprised more people don't run them. They're sharp on every Jeep I've seen with them on it.
