Thank you for all the input, it really helped. At the end of the day any combination of words can get you a cease and desist order as a start up, so we went with something fairly generic but unique.

EAD Offroad is our new name, Expedition and Discovery Offroad. EAD Offroad LLC will be our trade name owned by our parent company 4x4 Web Services LLC. We will be known as EAD Offroad and Expedition and Discovery is more of a tag line.

The new URL will be eadoffroad.com and we are going to re-brand/move our web site next week, as well as change our corporate name and trade name registered with the State of Colorado and IRS.

A couple of people came up with something close but no one really won the $100. We really appreciated all the help so here's what we are going to do. This thread was posted on WF and another forum so we are going to pick a random post from this thread (between post 2 and post 45) and give that person a $100 coupon. We will do the same thing on the other forum so two people will be winners.

The coupon will be good for anything we have online.

WOW!
Am I #31? I had to look!

I'm floored!!! Thank you!!
and...
I really like the new name!

I know this may seem a little strange, and it's not as though I couldn't use any number of wonderful things from your website BUT not too long ago the good folks on this forum helped me to win a set of Metalcloaks for my Jeep.

There were others in this thread who REALLY tried to come up with a new name for you... so with all due respect and appreciation, I'd like to request that you choose another number and give someone else a chance to win this. I've had an awful lot of good luck lately, it would be nice to spread it around a little.

Please, draw another number.

It's done now, well, almost done. In the end, it's not worth fighting. We are a new company and we want to concetrate on building our business and not spending the little capital we have built up on lawyers.

I'm goign to request the thread be locked now so we can move forward. Thanks everyone for the support, Alec and I really appreceate it!
