I have a 97 tj. I would like a 2" spring lift and shocks but not sure which way to go? I know I could get a zone lift for decent money but can I get a 2" lift for a decent price? I'd like something that still rides good too. This is my daily driver and will see off-road but not very much. Any suggestions and prices would be appreciated. Thanks!

Check out Teraflex's 2" TJ w/o shocks kit here, and with shocks here. You can get Bilstein 5100s for $307.31 shipped. Let me know if you are interested in either of those and I will shoot you some pricing to your door. I will need a zip code.

Have a blessed and prosperous day!

Can you pm me both prices. My zip is 41102. Is that a good kit? It's a little pricey but I don't want to regret buying something either just to save a dollar.

Also would I be better off going with the bilstein shocks?

Thanks

Just a little lift

I know its past 30 days since you started this thread but are you still offering "ridiculous" prices? If so, what would you suggest if I just want a little bit of lift to increase the appearance and functionality of my '14 JKRU? I would like to do this on a budget. Whatever I get, I don't want to affect the current factory ride in any negative way!! Additionally, I don't want to make anything more unstable. I don't crawl at the moment, but want to get into trail riding...nothing crazy, but whatever I do to my jeep as far as lifting it, I don't want to sacrifice stability or ride. Is this possible? If so, what do you suggest? Oh and my zip is 80831... Thanks!!!

Trying to offer rediculous pricing. Sometimes I accomplish my goal, sometimes not. I feel the best thing for you is probably a leveling kit. Get you a little more room and you can keep your factory shocks. Check out this one from Teraflex.

Before

After

Details - $159.95 shipped.

This leveling kit adds 2" to the front and 1" to the rear effectively leveling the 2 or 4 door's factory rake stance. The kit comes with front sway bar links.

You can run up to a 305/65 R18 or 305/70 R17. Although using a 33" tire with this kit, Bumpstops are highly recommended for off road use. If you prefer to run the factory wheels as shown on the red Unlimited, you may need wheel spacers for proper clearance.

All the hardware is included.

Fits 2007+ newer Wrangler and Unlimited models.

Hi Allen!

I'm actually looking for a couple things, my zip code is 91784:

1. Smittybilt Side Armor 76634
2. Rock Krawler 2.5" Stock Mod lift

Do you think the RK lift is over kill for an 08 JKUX that never goes off road? I was considering the TF leveling kit at first, but my head is just spinning at this point.

I got my hands on some 18/59 springs and Rubi shocks for $75. 11/55 came off and it sits pretty level and quite a few inches taller right now, I just want to add some more height without creating new problems.

Thanks!!!!

Michele,

I do not have a mfg that carries a 2.5". Teraflex does a 2" and 3". Zone Offroad also does a 3". Just goes up in height from there.

Let me know!

Allen

I do not think a SM is over kill. If you are happy with it's current stance/ride but want more height, you could always just throw in some spacers to clear the tire size you want. See TF spacers here.

Let me know and I will get back to you later today! I have a networking job to do this morning!

Have a blessed and prosperous day everyone!

Thanks Allen! Well, I am interested in both of those parts kits. RK has new triple rate springs out, I'm hoping this kit has the new springs.

What would these run me shipped?

Thanks again!

I most certainly would, however, I do not sell BDS products. If there is any other products you are interested in, besides AEV, please let me know!

Have a blessed and Prosperous day!
