Is the mirror housing made of a plastic like the OEM mirror??? THe OEM plastic is very resilient to damage, so it would be nice to have the mirror be pretty strong.

This is polycarbonate, it is actually stronger than the factory ABS housing

Interested if the price is right for a group buy. How hard is the installation (with heated and powered mirrors)? Or is it pretty easy to swap out the housing?

Curious to see the group price and if a few details are updated.

It would be nice if quick disconnects were already set up...especially if it is going to be three wires per door. A single wire harness would be nice.

Are the consumer versions going to say ORACLE on the side like the pics or is that a SEMA thing?

Is there a way I could relocate these to the a pillar and still keep the power function of my mirrors? I want to be able to keep these light mirrors on when I'm off road with my doors off

These would relocate any way a stock JK mirror would relocate, the mount and base remain the same.

I am just waiting to see any type of performance video/pics. Are these just for aesthetics? Surely you guys have tried turning them on at night right?

We spent weeks optimizing the beam angle and optics to get the best possible visibility for the operator, that was an integral part of the development process. Obviously this is far from an "aesthetic" modification, it is a functional lighting solution. What photos would you like us to supply? On/Off photos showing visibility from the driver seat?

If you want to see a video of the lights coming on watch the first 20 seconds of the video here:
