You need corner armor, like AEV trail corners or poison spyder corners. The factory holes are too big.

Getting the lights is the cheapest part of the upgrade or get some diamond plate corners

I spent more on the hole saw and arbor to cut the holes than I did on the lights themselves.

It's just the term for the drill bit portion of the hole saw. Drilling through my thick Gen Right corners was a BEEEOOTCH and smoked a cheap hole saw that I had in about 2 second so I bought a decent one which required a specific new arbor.

Perhaps someone has a tip for a better solution for the holes.

You need a rotabroach. That's the best for cutting holes, expensive though.

Yeah, I've seen those. I only planned on making 2 holes so I passed.

Probably handy dandy to have around the shop though, eh?

Looking back I would've rather just paid someone else to do it. Those corner guards are thick.
