Stan, will a Spiderweb shade fit on the TJ with a full Poison Spyder roll cage? If so do you have any? Also did you get the stickers in yet?

I figure since Mike will be by your shop Monday I may as well give him a shopping list

Lisa I just bought my spiderweb from stan and I don't see why it wouldn't. We took the back part of the shade and pulled it behind us on the B pillar uprights and it really blocked the wind on the freeway. You got to pick an accent color for the black jeep.

Thanks, I figured it would. I wonder if I will need more bungees to attach it? I may have to do some research.

The Jeep is pretty much all black, I could go with any color I guess. Maybe Orange Crush

Lisa, it should work fine. Just figure out what color off their website, let me know and I can send one to you. I don't have a TJ in stock, only JK and LJ

Oh ya folks. This ship has come in. Now I'm just waiting on an update as to where my Fox shocks are so I can plan the install.

Total instal is a D-44 locked and this RK lift with Fox shocks. Damn! Am I excited.

Had this conversation with someone today. Now that I have a locker and 35s (thanks Stan) I don't have much of an excuse. No more "open diffs so I couldn't make the climb" when it was really "the newb took the wrong line". Now I have to learn to drive. Lol.
Thanks again Stan! Some girls get diamonds or gold for their anniversary. I got rubber Gotta admit- size aside, the MTRs are a lot smoother on the road. And I know they'll crawl.

The New women's JPi shirts are now available! Tees or tank tops, and the men's are being printed next week. We also have a new exciting design that I'm hoping will be ready before the forest fest.

Nice! I knew I could count on you, lol.

I do have a couple things I will be inquiring about after we have the Jeep in our possession. Keith had mentioned some things he was going to do to the Jeep if he kept it.

A Currie anti-rock front sway bar kit and Currie Correct link heavy duty tie rod system.

The Jeep drove and handled great, it didn't sound like he was trying to correct problems, maybe just prevent them or just complete the build a bit.

The Currie Currectlynk tie rod is one of the best investments. My jeep was wandering all over the place at highway speeds and the new tie rod really helped. Also i noticed that every time after a trail my tires were toed in/out, not anymore!

That's good to know, thanks.

I think I may need that on my car, the roads are so bad around here with all the construction I'm having it aligned with every oil change. I have staggered tires so you can't rotate them either

Hey Stan, one of my neighbor's kids has been on the lookout for a Jeep for some time now and he's graduating HS soon so his parents are going to kick in some extra dough (he's a well deserving, straight edge, top of his class kinda kid). So, needless to say he's going to be anxiously ramping up the hunt. Being the neighborhood Jeep guy, they've asked me to give some advice, keep my eyes peeled and if possible, take a look at a few top prospects with him.

I've agreed, as I'm happy to help a neighbor AND a fellow (or in this case future-fellow) Jeeper, but I may also suggest to them that if they find "the one", they should take it to a good shop for a once over on the mechanics of it. Is that something you would take on at JPI? If so can you please give me an idea of the cost so I can tell them to budget for it? PM me if you'd like.

Thanks Stan!

For anyone else reading, he is likely looking for a TJ. Something with a little style and function - a small lift and 33's would probably suit him well. The cleaner and lower the mileage, the better obviously. His budget is in the $14k range. If anyone knows someone selling something nice, please send me a PM.

Thanks all!

Joe
