New! Soon to be Released 2012-Up Bolt-On Air System

We have been working on this for some time now and are getting closer to final production. We will be offering a 100% bolt-in 2012-Up air system that utilizes a 3 aluminum gallon tank. Below is a first round drawing of what it will roughly look like. Keep in mind, this system will have a heavy duty bracket and be excessively beefed up to withstand impact. The image doesn't reflect this, but it has been through some changes that have re-inforced the bracket a lot. Also will have a built-in skid for the tank.

About 60 Days Until Production

Specs:
VIAIR 400C Compressor
3 Gallon aluminum air tank
Built-in relay for easy wiring
Remote mounted air couplers
Optional built-in regulator for air locker use

We will offer in a few different pressures all the way up to 200 PSI.
This kit will bolt underneath the Jeep in front of the factory Evap Canister mounting location. We will be test fitting soon, and I will post up pictures when we do.

Sounds like a neat concept.

FYI, your attachment doesn't look to be working. I'm not seeing a diagram.

We are still working on the final components that will be included. I think we will end up creating a few different options to choose from, depending on your intended use. Whether it be lockers, air tools, tires or all the above.

I am thinking it will be roughly around $499 price range depending on included components.

Can we purchase this to add to our existing ADA systems?

Yes, we will have a tank only version for all the ADA guys out there. It will be the same bracket, but with just the aluminum tank and fittings (and air line) necessary to hook up to the ADA.

Here is a preview of the system mocked up. Now, keep in mind, it will be adjust accordingly to allow more clearance in between the muffler and drive shaft. So, on long travel systems, there will be enough room for the driveshaft to move around.

Lookin good. I assume the entire system will be aluminum right? Will you be powdercoating them (urethane coating would be even better) or just raw aluminum?

The tank will be aluminum, but the bracket will be 1/4" steel for strength that is powder coated satin black.

^ I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it's the angle of the picture and the depth is hard to discern, but it looks like the driveshaft is nearly resting against the tank!

It's partially the angle, but yes, we do know the drive shaft does move left to right as the axle articulates. We are adjusting accordingly and make sure there is ample clearance for long arm kit that get a lot of flex and movement. It will be a tight fit, but we will make it work and clear stock to modified suspensions. For those people that don't have a skid underneath already, we are working up an optional skid that bolt onto it.

Here are some photos of the last sample bracket. Small revisions will be made, but this is close to the final setup. Still working out the drain issue on the tank. If we have to go to a custom tank, it might delay some, so we are trying to make this work. I believe the side port will drain enough water out of the system. Rust isn't an issue because of the aluminum.

I will be testing the draining out of the side port tomorrow. If anything, we will start with this tank, and maybe move to a custom tank that is identical but adds a bottom drain. The advantage of the higher drain, is more clearance and it leaves nothing hanging down.

Still getting final fittings to finalize the mock up, but this is more or less it.
Let us know what you guys think!

I've torn off the boot on my driveshaft from the corner of the EVAP skid there. I don't know how far it will move over but it can be no closer than the EVAP in my opinion.

Sounds great.

Based on my readings, you have sold a BUNCH of ADA systems. Having a tank and fittings only upgrade, as you mentioned, will be GREAT !!!

We have checked clearance and it works, although tight. There is a little less flex as you move more forward towards the transmission joint. This most likely will not work with a big lift and coilover suspension, clearing 40's, since they have more movement.

Also that picture is before we shifted it over some more and tucked the tank up higher. Bad angle also....

Here is what pricing should look like, just waiting for some final numbers. We just aren't sure if we want to include a hose with tire inflation gun, as some of you guys have some sort of fill hose already.

Would you rather see us include this?

Below is based on everything you need to install, minus wiring and on/off switch. It will include 25 ft. of airline and a remote mount chuck with bracket. You can mount this on your bumper, frame or anywhere else you want.

Pricing w/o Fill Hose and Tire Inflation Gun:

Single Compressor: $499
Dual Compressor: $674

Single Compressor w/ Integrated Regulator: $540
Dual Compressor w/ Integrated Regulator: $710

We are all ready to go! We don't have the kits on the website yet but will post the details here with the intro pricing for forum members. Because this is fresh, we don't have a photo of the complete kit yet installed, but have done many test fits to ensure everything will work together.... as you can tell from our much later release date.

We will offer 7 different configurations of this system, including a tank only version for all the guys that have compressors without a tank on their Jeeps already. We didn't include wiring with this system because some people use sPod and don't want to have customer buy items they may not be using. Same with the inside switch, everyone has a preference for the inside switch, so we left it up to you guys.

All Systems are 150 PSI. The systems with regulators are for air locker use. The systems without tanks are just intended for tire inflation

Production is starting today, so please allow 3-4 weeks for us to ship the system. This special pricing will be valid for the next 2 weeks, until April 9th, 2013.
Shipping is a flat $40 for all systems.

Brackets are picked up from the laser cutter, and not getting ready to be bent and welded up. After this, to the powder coaters. Keep you all posted when they are finally finished. Thanks to those that have pre-ordered, should be ready soon...

So this is everything I need for an OBA except the compressor, right?
PN 11405: Tank Only w/ Mounting Bracket$244.95 Regular*($220 Pre-Order Special)- Powder Coated Mounting Bracket
- 2.0 Gallon Steel Tank
- Stainless Mounting Hardware

It will be most items that you will need.... because it is a tank only system, it will not have the pressure switch, relay and other fittings needed.

Wiring is not included in the kits. If you are looking for a complete kit, then our single compressor system is best. This will be everything you need, minus the wiring and switch. When adding the compressor and extrax misc. parts, you will be at the cost of the single compressor system.

Do you already have a compressor? If so, which one? The bracket itself only has mounting for the VIAIR 400C.

Thanks
