Poison Spyder Bombshell Diff Covers

Poison Spyder Bombshell™ Diff Covers are designed to protect your gears, lockers and diff cover bolts from the most punishing rocks and trail hazards. Available for Dana 30, Dana 44 and Dana 60, the Bombshell™ is cast from high ductile iron, then the sealing surface is machined flat for a perfect seal. The design of the Bombshell™ incorporates recesses to protect the diff cover bolt heads from trail damage, while the profile of the Bombshell™ acts as a ramp to help slide your Jeep up and over the most troublesome pumpkin-eaters. They are shipped either bare so that you may powder coat or paint to suit your own preference, or powder coated semi-gloss black. Each Bombshell™ comes in a complete kit with Grade 8 hardware, flush-mount fill plug and silicon sealant. Click here for more photos, info or to place your order!

D44 Bombshells are back in stock! For those of you who have been waiting patiently on back-orders for bare ones, they will begin shipping immediately. Powder Coated ones need to make one more stop first

D30's and D60's still in stock too!

For anyone deciding on a diff cover, the quality on these is beautiful and flawless. Mine D30 I painted myself:

GoldenSahara, what type of paint did you use on your cover, and did you brush paint the spyder or tape it off and spray it? I want to paint my spyder red to match the Rubi shocks, looking for some tough paint to do so with. Did you clear coat them after paint? They look good!

I used Kyrlon fusion black for the main body with clear coat. and for the white on the spyder, I brushed it on very carefully. most like tapped spots lol. with white enamel, I used rustoleum brand but there are others. two coats of that and then clear coated entire thing. It is holding up very well! thanks

Probably not any time soon, but if we start to see enough demand to justify the initial tooling costs we may consider it in the future. Thanks,

No PM necessary as we don't keep our prices a secret D30 Bombshells go for $119 bare or $129 powder coated. Steering Box Skids are $55 for YJ and TJ. BTW you can always find the prices for any of our products right on our website at http://poisonspyder.com Thanks!
