It is a kit that allows you to stretch the wheel base of the TJ 5" back for better departure, break over angles and stability on the surface streets. It is and industry solution to the LJ for the TJ crowd without buying a different rig. It also converts it to a 3 link rear.

Some of you have been asking for a detail parts list. So I have included them here. This is the pic of the short arm kit.

Here is the part breakdown for the systems.

Both LA and SA Stretch Packages Include:

Tank w/skid plate and fittings
Bedsides (either flat or weld-on tube style)
Lower Arm Pair
Upper V-Bar
Rear Truss (Axle Mount)
Upper Coil Mount
Upper Coil Retainer
Lower Coil Retainer
Lower Shock Mount & Bracket
Bushings and hardware for complete system

Additional for the Long Arm Kits:

Center Skid Plate (Arm Mounts)

NOTES: **The rear coil springs are retained as well as the shocks.
Brake Lines will be needed (if not already installed)
Extended Rear Drive shaft will be needed
Sway Bar links are retained

Let me know if you have any questions.

It is a very nice kit and the performance increase is huge. Better break over and departure angles are always a good thing.

Thanks for looking!

This product is a great way to get the extra wheel base. Better handling, break over angles, articulation. An all around great addition to your rig. PM for pricing.

Namaste,

Allen

I realize this thread is a couple of years old since the last activity. But, I wanted to ask Allen. What kind of feed back have you had from customers on these kits after installation with some highway and wheeling time? I have searched several forums including this one and don't find a lot of info or reviews. I am looking at the short arm stretch version for a 97 TJ and understand that I can get the individual parts separately. All I need are the upper coil spring mounts, shock mounts, control arms, and truss. I will be using this on a ECGS Dana 60 rear that has all of the brackets in the stock TJ locations. I am trying to decided between getting the weld on truss or the bolt on truss and modifying it to work. Looks like the center section tab is all that I would have to fabricate for the bolt on truss to work with the Dana 60 and wouldn't have to remove the brackets off the axle.

It has been some time since I sold one. The last one I sold was to a guy in Washington. he put it on his TJ and then 3 months later sold it to build a new JKRU. So I really couldn't tell you how it has held up.

Just spoke with Steve the owner and he has a part number for just the suspension part of it. He has to look it up though. So basically, you need everything in the pic in the thread.

$1085.34 plus shipping. Stick with the weld on truss. The bolt on is for the factory tubes and configuration. No additional charge for the weld on truss instead.

Have a blessed and prosperous day!

You want an LJ but can't afford or find one? Get a 5" stretch kit and get the wheel base you want for that better more fun offroad experience. Post or PM your zip code and which kit you want. I will get back to you with the best price I can to your door.

Have a blessed and prosperous day!
