Rebel Offroad: Rock Hard 4x4 - lives up to it's name!

Rebels,
RockHard4x4 may seem like they are new to the game, but their front bumper, rear bumper, sliders, and full skid were on my Jeep JK before anyone else.

For years their parts really do live up to their name - ROCK HARD.

When it comes to rear bumpers with tire carriers - I've never taken my Rock Hard off. It's the only carrier I've seen that - even with a 40" tire and beadlock wheel - does not rattle. Every Rock Hard rear bumper comes powdercoated, with integrated hi-lift jack mount, 2 cb antenna mounting locations, and all necessary hardware to bolt it right up to your Jeep Wrangler JK. A ClassII hitch receiver is integrated and does not hang below the bumper. 2 twin d-ring shackle tabs come standard. Not interested in the spare tire carrier? Not to worry, it's a removable option! One of my favorite features is the locking pin that when the gate is fully open pins in place so it cannot close shut on you. Easy to open the gate? One finger opens the latch.



The rear bumpers are made from THICK 1/4" steel plating and while claim to only fit a 38" tire, my 40" mud terrain fit great.

Options include rear twin tank mounts that with MINOR modification will support dual stack RotopaX.













Their "boatside" body armor/rocker guards have shielded my Jeep's tub and frame for years. Each slider sticks out 4" from the body for both a comfortable step and acres of protection. Made out of 3/16" steel, the guards slopes from the step down to frame where it mounts to the 3 body mount bolts giving full protection for the lower body and body mount frame brackets. The smooth design offers nothing for rocks to catch on to. 3/4" x 1-3/4" tubing welded to the steps follow the body lines just below the doors with 11 bolts that attach to the body and all the holes are covered up with plugs for a great finished look. Rock Hard 4x4's Rocker Guards come powder coated black with a slight texture.

Rock Hard offers also both full width and stubby front bumpers:

Each have optional lowered winch plates or raised (which has provisions for your factory fog lights).





Tapers down and back to protect the Factory Lower front cross frame and Sway-bar Disconnect unit (if equipped). Provides the best possible approch angle without cutting of the factory frame. Winch is mounted on top of the bumper so there is room for the factory Fog Lights down low. Lights are recessed to protect them from damage. D-rings are 5/8" x 2 1/2" with hole for 7/8" pin. Engine cooling has not been a problem as we ran the AC all the way in and out of the Rubicon Trail.



Rock Hard Full Width Front Bumper Jeep Wranger JK

This bumper is made from 1/4" CNC Lazer cut and bent steel for consistent quality. Tapers down and back to protect the factory lower front cross frame and Sway-bar disconnect unit(if equipped). Provides the best possible approach angle without cutting of the factory frame. Winch is mounted low in bumper for those concerned about air flow. Gives full width protection with 1/4" plate. Recessed factory fog light mountings are provided. Warn power plant works with this bumper.

Rock Hard 4x4 JK Oil Pan, Transmission Pan & Convertor Skid 2 & 4 Door


Rock Hard 4x4 Parts JK Oil Pan, Transmission and Dual Catalytic Converter Skid Plate fasten to the frame in front of both motor mounts and at the main crossover in the rear for maximum protection. An extension on the left-hand side protects the normally exposed converter which would be a very expensive fix if damaged. Also, to make oil changes easy and to minimize clean-up, this skid plate comes complete with a splash shielded oil pan drain plug access hole. All bolts at the frame crossover are replaced with tapered bolt head protectors to allow rocks to slide across them with ease and still allow you to get a socket on the bolt heads for removal. Our tests have shown stock drivelines to clear this skid at 40" of flex.

Rock Hard 4x4 JK Fuel Tank Skid Plate 4-Door



Rock Hard 4x4 Parts JK gas tank skid is made from 3/16" steel plate laser cut and CNC bent for a perfect fit. Removal of the factory skid is not necessary as the Rock Hard skid bolts right over it using factory bolts and one additional one on 2-door models and three additional bolts on 4-door Unlimited. Drilling is required for these 3/8" bolts. The two front factory bolts are replaced with tapered bolt head protectors to allow rocks to slide across them with ease and still allow you to get a socket on the bolt heads for removal. Sides are tapered along the full length of the JK for better clearance. Comes powder coated black with a slight texture.
