Question Question?

Help me out, please? What's the difference between the ultra and trailmesh? I want whichever will cut down on wind and noise more. The kids look in pain in the backseat when we are driving and that's what they complain about.

It seems like the Ultra is more durable, but is it as good for noise and wind?

Thanks!

I bought the trail mesh a little over a month ago and its the best since I usually never put the top back up. Great visibility through it and blocks so much Florida sun keeping it a perfect temp even in 90 degrees!

The difference between the UltraMesh and the TrailMesh is the TrailMesh is a heavier duty type mesh. It is also PVC coated so it can is thicker and can withstand more. Also, the TrailMesh comes with a 5 year warranty where as the UltraMesh comes with a 1 year warranty.

Personlly, I run the TrailMesh and really like it. I like it better than the UltraMesh but we have a lot asking for the UltraMesh. They are both much better than having nothing and the kiddies in the back suffering from the heat and sun!

PM's also heading out! Thanks guys...

-Jason

Another fan here - no flapping noise even at 70MPH and does a great job of blocking out the sun. I could never go back to a bikini top

Just wanted to add my 2 cents. I bought my SW1 TJ Trailmesh from Krawl Off-road about a month ago and I couldn't be happier. The delivery was prompt, and the product is excellent, and performs exactly as advertised. Furthermore, every jeeper that has seen it has verbally expressed their envy. Awesome stuff.

This may have been covered before but can you leave these on when you put the top back on or do you need to take them off?

You leave them in place, just remove the two spiderballs from the looks you hook into. Leave the rest in place.

What are the offerings for the YJ? I am mostly interested in a safari style one, but the complete kit is interesting if the price is right.
