Chris, was going to push my front 2" forward and my rear using wagoneer springs. Im SOA and I hear that Waggy springs also give 2" lift compared to stock yj springs. Im looking for something around 6" lift with 2" stretch front and rear. I have the D30/8.8 combo. 92 YJ

Need front and rear drive lines? Do you have something for that?

With something like that, it would be best to get measurements. You never know when you get into a stretch what you'll run into and if we guessed just by adding inches, then there's a chance we could get it wrong. Best bet would be to order the SYE now and the driveshafts later once you have everything set up.

Yes indeed. Deal is good for the next two days, but I'm trying to get it extended.

I've been off on some other stuff, but good news is we got some more SYE kits in at the special price, so the sale is back on! *However* it is limited to stock on hand. 17 kits are all that I have left right now.

00tj2, I've called everyone back that had inquired about these... Did I miss you? If so, please send me a PM with your contact info.

Chris,

I just need front and rear drive shafts for my YJ. I won't be picking up my wagoneer springs to measure my drive shaft lengths until next week. Will you have the drive shafts DEAL still? I already have a SYE.

Thanks again

Beast, that won't be a problem at all!

Blackbetty, still in stock.

Got some big stuff in the works right now, so it may be a bit difficult to get in touch with me. Please be sure to call and leave a message if I'm unable to answer. It may take a day or so if I'm not available, but will definitely call back and get you taken care of.

Why do tj's need a shorter front drive shaft after lift? And would you have the measurements for that already?

Your wheelbase will actually shorten if you used fixed length control arms or stock ones when you go to lift the Jeep. Lift kits with adjustable control arms don't have this issue as long as they're adjusted correctly. A vast majority of the time, your stock front shaft will be just fine though.

That is the rear driveshaft only. $235 delivered to your door. Regular price is $250.

So when you buy a lift with lower arms they are factory length? I just thought it was weird that you had to lengthen the rear and shorten the front. What type of lift requires a shortened front ds?

None that I can think of off the top of my head. What I meant by your front driveshaft on a TJ being fine a majority of the time is that they are already balanced CV style shafts from the factory. Thus, since they're balanced and CV style, then unless you're into hardcore wheeling or it's simply worn out, then you'll likely never have a problem with it and no need to upgrade. If you are into harder wheeling (and higher horsepower) then upgrading both shafts is a good idea. Guys with YJ's however need a front driveshaft more often because they're not balanced from the factory, so if they go to a vacuum disconnect eliminator (TJ style axle shafts), then the front shaft is always turning and you get vibes. Additionally, many YJ front shafts have been in service for a long time and thus worn out due to age.

Normally, yes I will do as much as I can for those in the service, but the prices I have on them right now are pretty much give-away pricing. Still have some SYE kits left.
