Depends on your driving style, type of terrain (sand, mud, scraping it on rocks), and whether you silicone greased it before or since installation. Have you had it apart to determine as to why it is squeaking. If it isw failing, call Zone and give them a discription as to what the issue is, when and where you purchased it, and send images of the issue to them.

They should take care of you (depending on issue).

Namaste,

Allen

My driving is mostly pavement, been off road only a handful of times. I recently sprayed them with wd40 and it has been quiet so far.

Do not use WD-40 if you can avoid it. It has distilates in it that will dry out the bushings. Go to a local offroad shop of other high retailer, i.e., Napa etc., and get some silicone lube for suspension components.

Namaste,

Allen

PM sent! No SYE/CV shaft required. You can do one if you like but then you would have to get some rear adjustable UCAs.

PM coming shortly! Are you talking about Zone Offroad or Allen's Offroad? You would also not need a SYE/CV shaft for this lift.

Allen, I got the 4.25 zone lift kit, track bar, and steering stabilizer from you. It is mostly done and installed and looking great! BUT, I forgot to get brake lines from you AND I'm going to put the 8.8 axle swap in it. So I need lines for the front from you but which lines do I need for the disc rears? Also thinking there is a rear drive line mod for this?
Hit me with a quote.....Jason @ 74021
Thx!

Jason!

Should still be the standard Tblock on the rear. If you need hard lines then I can look into those. $88.88 shipped for the lines (f/r) if the rear has a std distribution.

Let me know!

EDIT: nope those won't work. Let me look into it.

OKay Jason. Here is the deal. You can reuse the Jeep rear axle tblock if you so choose and get the kit for $88.88 shipped. If you need the soft lines from the axle to the caliper, 1978 Chevy Chevette front soft lines will do the trick.

Good luck and we're all counting on you!

Namaste,

Allen

OK...So I don't understand exactly. What all I am I buying for the $88.88? All the rear hard lines or what? Also, Is there a rear drive line upgrade?

No! You are buying the flex lines that go from the hard lines on the tub of the vehicle to the cailpers in the front and then to the distriubtion black on the rear (the hard lines for the 8.8 thread into this). Just go to local auto parts store and get new ones for the soft lines to calipers on the 8.8, if that is what you need.

Namaste,

Allen

Sorry Jason I spaced this part of the message. You can get a rear drive line for it. You need to measure the legnth you need, type and size of flanges (CV, 1310, 1330, 1350, etc) and what type of splining you want. Then you have a better idea of what to order.

Or you can do this adapter flange from me for $36.86 shipped.

Hey Allen!

I've had my 4.25" combo kit installed for about a month now and I love it! I was just wondering if there is an aftermarket skid plate that fits with the lift, and if so, if you could recommend one? I forget what the skid plate that I had to was referred to as, but it's the front most plate, small...instructions said installing it could damage the driveshaft.

That would be the forward most transmission skid. Most lifts require it's removal. Let me get back to you on that. I know I just removed mine on the '06 LJ I had. But then again I had a 5.5 spring lift on it.

Check out Skid Row for that.

Namaste,

Allen
