10 minute walk from Yokohama station in Minato Mirai.
If you ever venture this way, I'm usually in the Tavern consuming a few adult beverages.

mgobocephus--Go off roading almost every weekend. Go to Yokohama every few days. I'll be in Kanai tomorrow for a meeting till around 11pm. Might stop by the tavern, haven't been there yet. Been in this area since 1993,
My cell is 080-5186-8105 if you want to go off roading sometime just hit me up. There's a couple of groups out here.
revco666---not bad here for offroading but you might have to travel a bit to get to it depending on where you visit. If you get a chance to come out let me know and I'll show you around. I plan on being here for at least another 15 yrs maybe more depends on the wife and kids.

Mine run from my elbow to elbow and ankle to knees on both legs. My upper back and chest are also done. 50/50 Japanese and American Rockabilly. I have done tats here. The tattoo community is getting bigger here in the younger generations and the idea that tats are only for the Yaks is not as common as it once was. Not an issue. Plus unless you're doing traditional irazumi ink, the traditionalist can tell the difference. I even have an outline of a dragon and all the line work done traditionally then a friend added the color into it with a gun later. Come visit and I'll show you the tattoo community here and get you a traditional tat if you'd like.
