13 JK Alternator Duty Cycle

Good day all, I will be looking to purchase a winch for my rig, however I am not sure the duty cycle of the alternator, does anyone know what it is? I do know that the alternator output is 160 Amps, but not sure if it is a standard 60% duty cycle or industrial 100%. This info could help me change my mind on the type of winch. Also is the 600 amphour battery suitable for the electronics we put on our rigs after all the standard electrocis that come with the Jeep factory.

Please post if you have answer or recommendations, as I am sure lots of us readers could benifit.
