As I remember the sPod install instructions came with a chart saying what gauge wire was needed for the appropriate amp rating/distance. For my install #14 AWG was adequate for almost any length within my 2 door JK to accommodate the 15 amps of my light bar. So I just spliced in a short length of #14 AWG. #12 AWG would work fine.
I'm sure you already thought of this, but double check the amp rating of the light bar so you can be sure the sPod has the appropriate fuse in place for that switch. If not, replace the fuse in that switch with the correct rating. Make sure the other five switches also have the correct fuse rating for the accessory each one powers.
