Cheap lights

I tried it a while ago and just need a way to mount them on a swivel system. I thought that he high beams on my jeep were brighter then the spot lights I bought so I thought why not just use regular lights for $15 instead of $60 ones that are less practical.
1) Just get a wide flat strip of metal,
2) Cut proper size holes to hold the light fixtures from the front,
3) Take metal strips and place them over the back side of the lights,
4) Add bolts to hold the strips tight and done just wire them in.
Cheap off road lights with high and low beams when you need extra light but don't want to blind your friends.
