GE 69821 Nighthawk 7" Round LED Headlamp (TruckLites for $182?)

GE 69821 Nighthawk 7" Round LED Headlamps are the exact same light as a Truck Light according to this reviewer. They look absolutely the same in every way. They can be had with an Amazon coupon for $182 each. The coupon is one per person, so you may have to do some multiple account/computer shenanigans to get both for that price, but it's nothing crazy.

The cheapest I've seen the TruckLites branded version of these is also on Amazon for $210 - TruckLites on Amazon for $210 each.

So are these actually the same lamp? What's the deal?

How'd you manage that? I looked there during my research and they're $299/ea or $499/pair right now: Link to Quadratec TruckLite products

Yeah, northridge 4x4 or discount fleet supply, best pricing for those I've seen.

Why would you have Quad price match us and not just get them from us?

I guess the short answer, David, is that I didn't do my homework. I ordered them in a hurry and didn't look for the lowest price. A couple days later I read that you have the best price. I contacted quadratec and they agreed to match your price and lowered my shipping cost a little bit too. I guess I could have pulled them out of the jeep, packaged them up, and shipped them back and ordered them from you but that seemed a like a pita. I think whoever advertises the lowest price deserves the business but in this case my need for instant gratification nearly cost me over $100.

I just got them from discount fleet for $425 shipped. Includes the anti flicker harness. Northridge would not match.

No he would rather bitch at individuals for not buying from him. After I explained why I didn't get them from him he conveniently forgot about this post.

Weird. I added the TL's + anti-flicker into my cart at Discount Fleet and it came to $447.97 with free shipping. Northridge is $449.97 shipped with the anti-flicker harness. How did you get them for $425 shipped from Discount Fleet?

Today, Amazon is having a sale. I may have bought the last pair in stock, but worth a try, if you're interested. They are $252.36 each, with a $100 off coupon, so they are $152.36 each, or $304.72 for the pair. They ship for FREE! I also bought the Truck-Lite anti-flicker adapters (they are made with H4 to H13 connectors, so no other adapter needed) for $37 each. I don't know about shipping, but I have Amazon Prime, so it's free for me. So, my total cost delivered is $378.72. Not bad for a pair of Truck-Lites without the logo.

HERE'S THE CATCH! The coupon is good for only ONE purchase! So, I ordered one LED headlight and 2 anti-flicker adapters. I had my sister order the other headlight.

Oh, yes... For those of you who remember me ordering the Raxiom LED conversion kit, I returned them unopened and bought some goodies from XTreme. Those guys are great! I still think the Raxiom adapters will work, but I scrounged up enough extra money to make the GE Nighthawks fit my budget. I'll have to give an update, but I wonder about the cooling situation. Presumably, the GE Nighthawks/Truck-Lites use the housing to dissipate the heat, while the Raxioms use active cooling. Both have good warranties, so the difference may be moot.

FYI, Amazon has the Truck-Lites for $350/pair, but the anti-flicker adapters would bring the total to about $425. And...Discount Fleet has the Truck-Lites for $355 and the anti-flicker adapters for $58/pair. I might have been able to shave by buying the adapters from DF, but...
