Hella 500 driving lights

Hey guys what are your opinions on these lights? I'm thinking of getting a set of these as corner lights for my Jeep. Thanks for all opinions and pictures would surely be helpful!

I just put these on this weekend.........still have to wire them up BUT choose them based off a buddy suggestion and price........I love the look with them and will know more about the how they work when I get them wired up this week.

To be honest I wished I had gone with the Black Magics BUT long haul I will probably move these to the windshield and get the Black Magics to replace these on the bar.

Finally got around to wiring up the lights......I did away with the relay and wired direct to the battery.....I did put a fuse in between the battery and switch.........over all I am pleased with them

I have run them on a couple Jeeps. They are good lights for the money. The factory TJ fog lights are a re-housed (new word) 500s....if that means anything to you.

I bought my last set at Walmart a couple years ago, on clearance for $10.
I have since swapped all of the lighting over to LEDs.

....don't do away with the relay. You need that.

I love them. been running them for 5 years without a hitch. Nice broad, horizontal lighting that widens up the total light to exactly how I would want the stock lights to work.

Hella makes great products, I've got the Black Magic's on my windshield, very good. But if I were to redo them I would use the Hella Rallye 4000 compact for the windshield. GREAT lights....Hella Rallye 4000 Compact Auxilliary Lamp. - RallyLights.com

Now the guy who wants to sell them to me has a kc wiring harness for it. Here's a picture but it isn't the best. Will this work? What do you think?

I am completely new at this, and am wondering what the differences are, if any, between the KC harness and the one hella provides. Thanks a lot.
