I'm confused! Footwell lighting help.

I have read several threads about footwell lighting but, I want to know exactly which cluster of wires do I look for the yellow wire with white stripe? Is it the group of wires that you disconnect when you take off the doors or the group that is farther in the footwell?

I'm sure someone out there knows the answer. I believe I can do this but, would like to get the correct wire the first time.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks!!

Thought I'd add to this thread. You posted this elsewhere.

The dome light wire you are looking for can be found in the wire loom going up the B pillar beside the passenger seat on the 4 door. I'm not sure how that wire harness is run on a 2 door. I found it without any problem and have added LEDs to the foot wells in the front and LED bolts in the back on the back of the console and the B pillars behind the front seats. I thought the bolts were cool because they could be aimed in the direction the light was needed. I also added 5 LEDs under the rock rails on each side so the ground is lit when the door is opened. The wifey has a snake phobia as was afraid to stepping on one at night getting out of the Jeep as we live in a rural area infested with copperheads and rattlers.

Where did you buy the LEDs from?

Yea, I found it in the footwell area. I was originally looking too far under the dash. I posted that on What did you do to your JK today? thread.

I bought the LED's from oznium.com, they have a good selection of different types and very quick shipping on in-stock items. I always test LED's before installation and have never gotten a bad one from them.
