Installing lights for dummies-HELP

I just got these HID lights and I want to install them this weekend on my '12 JKU.They came with a full wiring harness w/switch but NO instructions. I never installed aftermarket lights in a car, can anyone help me by providing step by step instructions for hooking these up? I intend to run them off the provided switch not the factory fogs, or high beams. Thanks in advance!

I've installed auxiliary lites on my 2013 JKU wired to a dashboard switch already but I want to tie them into the high beam circuit, and want to be certain of which wire to cut and that it won't send the factory electronics into a tizzy. Anybody been there, done that?
