I run the Truck Lite LED headlights. They've been very good for me, here in deer country. But they're expensive. You'll see a lot of posts where people say they don't burn warm enough to melt ice and snow in winter...I live in WI and drive in those conditions all the time, and have never had a problem. I think it's one of those forum myths that gets repeated because people don't know any better. But I digress...
Some good info in these threads: Anyone else think their JK Headlights are crap?

Rallylights makes a good, fairly inexpensive replacement set (compared to some other options) that works well when paired with the Phillips extreme bulbs: Susquehanna MotorSports - Auto Performance Product
Here's a thread from another forum from our resident lighting expert, Hilldweller. Couple years old, but still pertinent as to which lights work well and which don't: Headlight Shootout - JeepForum.com
Another good resource is the Daniel Stern site, which sells the Cibie H4 housings: Daniel Stern Lighting Consultancy and Supply
Saved this one for last, in case you need an answer this year.
It's a sticky at the top of the lighting page, but it's at least a 20-course meal, so you might wanna treat it like Spanish tapas
