I have the TL's and it's easily my best mod to date. The Speakers are great as well, but are a few hundred dollars more expensive. You'll be very happy w/ either choice, I think. The stock headlights are garbage, and the LED upgrade is a world of difference. I especially enjoy how wide the beam is w/ the TL's as compared to the stock lights.

I just ordered the Trucklites + PWM harness from Northridge4x4. I couldn't get the "shark tank" discount code to work so it came to $449.97 shipped. Worse case, I figure I can always resell them down the road at a decent price if they don't work out well in the icy Minnesota winter.

ROCKRIDGE 4wd beat that by $50...FYI I'd ask for a price match!

The Rockridge emailed quote to me came in just a bit more that the price I paid at Northridge. Not a ton more, but more nonetheless. If you can get 2 Trucklites + the anti-flicker harness for $400, we need to talk!

So the JW Speakers increased in price now? $780 for headlights and $380 for the fogs. When did this happen??

"ROCKRIDGE 4wd beat that by $50...FYI I'd ask for a price match!"

With the Anti Flicker Harness? or the standard Harness?

I installed the Trucklites this evening and just got home from a test drive. Good Lord! The difference between the TL's and OEM is ridiculous. If I hadn't done my homework, I'd think these were illegal. Before and after photos on a forum and YouTube videos don't do them justice. I was actually feeling guilty about how freaking bright these were until some tricked out Hummer H2 blinded me with some weird purple tinted projectors.

I am glad I bought Trucklites and I am happy with the deal I got on them as well. Very much worth it. Thanks Dave!

Have Trucklite Phase 7's (TL's). Had JW speakers (JWS) on a Defender.

Frankly, these most recent TL's are impossible to tell apart from the JWS's.
And they look way better than the older TL's...equal to the JW's. My opinion only.

Light Force 270 lights too for snow (heat).

Highly recommended.

I put xpel on them and the fogs...also recommended. Lightforce has the awesome filters so no xpel is needed. Did it before they were mounted on the truck. IF they look bad, I'll remove them and add new ones.

I'm back on the TL wagon. I feel it's the best bang for the buck. Will be ordering soon.

Question I just ordered the TLs too

Do I need the H4 to H13 Adapters (96630) AND the Anti-Flicker adapters(98630) for my '13 Jeep Wrangler?

I assume it would be the same as on my 2010, which I just did;

You just need the anti flicker adapters, because that has the h4-h13 on it

No problem, I was close to ordering both as well, but a phonecall to northridge straightened me out

Are both these options truly plug and play into the factory harness?

I ask because I'm currently running the rally lights conversion that was popular a few years back and it required extra wiring and relays. I'm not a fan of extra wires if they can be avoided so am considering a change.

yes they are plug and play... if u have a TJ you won't need the harness but if u have a JK you will need the harness ... NO cutting required!

Good to know. Ready to get rid of these extra wires and relays required by my rally lights.

Thanks

Funny that I entered this thread to ask a question, only to find I'd already asked it (see my last post above) LOL

I was under the hood today doing some work and the harness I'm running now for my rally light conversion is pissing me off. I'm a neat freak, especially when it comes to wires and having the rally harness and it's relays all over the place is getting on my nerves. Really looking forward to yanking all of the stuff out of the vehicle. I'm loved my rally lights but can't get past all the wires. My OCD self can't take it much longer.

Will more than likely be ordering the speakers and the flicker harness tomorrow. Will look around and see if I can get lucky and find a cyber Monday deal.

Just installed my JW speaker headlights and rigid dually floods in the fogs and..O..M..G it is amazing! 100x better than stock. I light everything up! I almost feel like it's a little too bright! Worth every penny.

Here also. Just added both JW Speaker headlights and fogs. 100% improvement. I have a friend who went with the Truck Lites. We compared them the other night. They are also very nice and bright. The JW's are a touch brighter with more spread. I used the Truck Lite anti-flicker harness on my install. Can't go wrong with either. Biggest factor is what will your wallet allow and what look you are looking for.
