KC Lites Fuses Blown

I just installed the Apollo 100w Long Range off-road lights and I love them. Problem is, my fuses keep blowing. While installing them they kicked on because I had the switch turned on and the fuses blew---this is because I hadn't grounded the switch yet, so I grounded them and replaced fuses and wallah they worked no problem. Today one of the lights moved quite a bit while driving to and from work, so when I got home I went in my garage to tighten it Nd I left the light on so I could see where the beams were aiming level wise...had them on for 10 minutes, the 25A fuse blew. Replaced it and now they're working fine. Any idea why it blew this time? They relay and switch are grounded. Te relay is not mounted to anything---could this be the problem? Please help haha
I use my cigar as an idiot repellent.

It could be many things but i'd start by checking the wiring for any places it might be shorting out and make sure your connections are all firmly seated.
