i payed 450 for mine and they come pre installed into jk housings... if you want you can assemble them yourself and the rings are 200... for the extra money you're buying new housings and their labor, but most people don't have the balls to throw their housings in the oven and bake them to install them themselves. i know i don't. if you can't get jk housings to work you might have to install them yourself, but all jeeps use 7 inch headlights i think so you could buy the jk ring. old headlights made of glass and metal would be safer anyway to bake.

they're expensive but way less than any other car with their more complex shaped housings

i looked at them tonight in the driveway and saw this. i think it's from running the hid's with them because i let it sit and after the housings cooled down it was all lit up again. have you ever had any temporarily turn off?

No I havent had that happen to me. I've accidentally left mine on for like 2+ hours and no issues i dont think LED's draw much power. On the other hand when we went to Ocean City jeep week this year my friend left his on for about 2 hours and his battery died, but he has the single color ones.

I paid $189 for the dual color ones and just baked the headlights my self. I got a cheap backup set of headlight assemblies for $40 in case i messed up mine. If you watch the youTube video they say bake the assemblies at 225 i think for 20-mins but NO way that works for factory assemblies I found out the hard way. For factory assemblies I did 250 for 40-45 mins and they came apart like butter. Dont worry the assemblies wont melt. LOL

I wish i knew you were looking into them Jet before you paid the $425, I woulda hooked you up for $325!

I had an extra set on here a while back but there was no interest.

his battery might have been old and not held a charge as well also. yeah for $325 that would've been awesome. i'm looking at doing white only led strips under and that would've left me with enough money to do it... that's quite a long time i guess i don't have to worry about the hid's melting the housings then. and i emailed oracle support about it and asked if anyone else has had the same problem. i'm thinking it could be some sort of temporary issue when they get hot.

Yeah I wonder if those HID's put out alot of heat might cause them to fail prematurely in the long run. Oracle does have awesome support they definately did me right cause the first set I ordered was faulty. Good luck man! :-)

The draw is only a few milliamps, its low enough you should be able to leave then on overnight with no problem.
