I've seen the fog set on Amazon before and am pretty tempted...does anyone have experience with these? I'm also looking at them for a secondary set, since the front bumper I'm getting from Metalcloak has 4 light mounts.

I haven't seen it in person. But read on another forum about how it is slightly smaller lamp than stock lamp, thus leaving gap (empty space) between bumper and lamp. This user did say light output was very good

$350?

Is that the price for the LP530 fog lights?

Check Amazon - about half that price, with free shipping!

You can get the 530 Fogs for Under $200 pretty easily. Then all you need is the PIAA JK Bracket for about $40.

I am thinking about these for a stock Rubi bumper but was also wondering if I upgrade bumper in future, if the stock lights fit in the new bumper these shoudl as well. Right? Trying to deciede on Fog or Driving. They would be used everyday for fwy driving.

Just order these and some Truck-Lites from Amazon. Looking forward to a big difference in light performance and I think the two are a good match since Truck-Lite doesn't make a replacement fog light. JW's just too $$ for me.

I wonder if these will fit on my PS Brawler Lite Bumper? I currently have the OEM Fog Lights installed on them.

I have the Truck-Lites and the PIAA kit. I swapped a pair of fog lights for the driving lights and I'm running 4 of the PIAA driving lights on my bar.

Truck-Lites does make a replacement for the fog lights in LED. The part number is 80275. They do not have a JK specific bracket but can be installed with a little ingenuity. They are marketed as auxiliary lamps for motorcycles and are 4.5" in diameter.

Looks good - I have the KC slim lights on the same windshield and bumper points you used - do the PIAAs block your vision at the windshield location?

Any night light shots viewed from the driver seat?

No they don't bother me there and I know that they are there I can see them but they don't bother me while driving. ill post some night shots later on when it gets dark.

Looking forward to the photos. I was out in the woods last night, and while the KC lights are bright, they look yellow compared to the truck-lite headlights, so I "need" to get LED driving lights to match (at least that is what I tell the wife).

I was also looking at the Vision X Light Cannon 25w Kit, did you consider those?

Nice. Question, can I use the wiring for the stock bumper driving lights for the PIAA's so that I can still use the steering column switch?

Thanks, I ordered the PIAA prior to post. I got the kit with the bracket that should make it easier.
