I like my TL's, but those Peterson's look good also. I haven't read of anyone w/the Peterson's yet. They are made in the USA, & have a less blacked out look than the TL's.

It looks like Peterson knocked off the TL design. They use the same dual over/under LED design but instead of using smooth longitudinal strip reflectors they used blocks. The edges of the reflectors create artifacts in the light pattern, so without even seeing the Peterson's in action, I would say the TLs are will provide more uniform lighting. One of the TL's few drawbacks are the artifacts they create (X,Y patterns) and they are very likely worse on the Petersons. It probably comes down to manufacturing cost and it is cheaper to build the block based reflector.

In any case, they are both about the same price and the TLs get great reviews, only second to the JWs, so I would say the TLs is a better choice.

I have the truck lites and love them. My problem was with customer service. I spend money on the lights. Lots of money! And they flicker bad. So i emailed and asked what could be done. The attitude I received when I asked if, (since i spent gobs of money on a light that doesnt work properly) TL could assist me in maybe comping the anti flicker harness was very snarky. Needless to say, get the anti-flicker harness when you buy them.

That's a problem with the electrical system design in your Jeep, not a problem with the lights. Pretty common issue with the jk's.

Also, you can get them cheaper from vendors on here like northridge 4x4 or discount fleet supply.
