Upgrading headlights

Driving to work this morning, was raining and kinda dark. I realised that my headlights are a POS.
What are some opinions on the best upgrade ? (ideally looking for plug and play)

Thanks for the input and advise.

The H4 conversion is the best bang for your buck in my opinion.KC Hilites are about $100. The question I have is how beneficial switching to a full h4 wiring harness would be. I'm making a thread about it now

I've decided to do the samething for my TJ and have narrowed it down to 2 different h4 conversions. Either the Hella E-codes or the Rampage H4 conversion. I've been leaning toward the Rampage because not only have I read very good things about them but they have glass lenses that won't dull but they look cool and best of all 4WD hardware has them for about $82.00 for the set with free shipping!
