What lights should i run and where?

Hey guys,
I'm new to the group. I just bought my Dream Car, A 2004 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) with the straight 6 4.0L and a 5-speed transmission. I'm in Heaven!!!!...but alas, like all things you get, now I want more. Time to start the build up! I've already got the new bumper on the way, and some windshield light mounts coming. And it gets out of the shop tomorrow with new rims and bigger tires. So my question is this: I want to put more lights on it, but what should i put and where? Id like to add some fog lights (it gets really bad here and Sandy doesn't even have stock fog lights) and some long range lights. where is the best placement for these? and what kind should i get? Thanks for all the info that everyone gives.
